Patti Hanson serves as a Tier I Tech Support Specialist for PraxiPower and works from Indiana. With an extensive background working with the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow curriculum, Patti brings both technical knowledge and firsthand understanding of the unique needs many private and Christian schools face on a daily basis.
“I’ve enjoyed working with technology over the years and was excited to become a part of Praxi,” Patti shared during a recent interview.
At PraxiPower, Patti works closely with assigned schools by providing training, answering support calls, and helping staff members feel more confident using the system between training sessions. Her background in Christian education allows her to connect with schools in a practical and meaningful way.
What Patti enjoys most is building relationships with the schools she serves and helping make their daily responsibilities a little less stressful.
“I enjoy working with the staff of our schools and making their lives a little easier by going along beside and helping them,” Patti said.
Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her pets, a Sheltie named Remi and a cat named Sierra. She also enjoys meeting new people during walks and spending quality time with her father, who lives with her.
