PraxiPower is currently accepting applications for a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist, with both full-time and part-time remote opportunities available.
This position plays an important role in helping schools get the most from their PraxiSchool software. Team members work directly with school administrators and staff to answer questions, resolve technical issues, assist with onboarding and provide software training.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving and be comfortable learning new technology. Previous experience in customer support, software training or school administration is preferred.
